• To analyze and visualize salespeople’s sales techniques to identify areas for improvement
• To master telephone scheduling techniques
• To prepare yourself for sales meetings, and to train for greater effectiveness
Method
• Onsite work in teams of 2 salespeople working in alternation
• Training and immediate practice with real calls and filmed simulations of meetings
• Debriefing and analysis
