Objectives
To stimulate and motivate your salespeople !
The most effective training is the one that is done regularly, without wasting time, and that immediately puts into practice key concepts. E-Lessons allow sales managers to coach their salespeople and to give them innovative skills throughout the entire year.
Method
Every second week, the sales manager presents a theme in 10 to 15 minutes during a meeting. For each of the 26 lessons, salespeople keep a written document and must later fill out an evaluation sheet. This concept allows training and sales ideas to be shared in the framework of business meetings.
Conditions
26 lessons, divided into 2 lessons per month during one year, plus 4 days of training in the company conducted during the course of the year.
